Hearing Test Process
It takes less than 1 hour!3 Steps
So what’s involved in a hearing test and what is the process involved? At Ritcey Hearing, coming in for a hearing test is a comfortable and positive experience. Below are the 3 steps that you can expect after arriving at either our Woodstock or Grand Falls offices.

STEP 1
Our Hearing care professional will ask you a series of simple questions about your hearing health history, lifestyle, and hearing concerns. This helps us better understand your unique situation along with what factors may have impacted your hearing and what your hearing goals are.
STEP 2
The diagnostic process determines if you have a hearing loss and what may have caused it. You will be tested with the latest in a standard of care methods and technology to determine the type of hearing loss you have. Your results will be recorded on an Audiogram that our Audiologist will review with you.

STEP 3
There are many different hearing aid technology levels, styles, colours and price levels to choose from. Don’t worry, we will guide you through this decision process. We at Ritcey Hearing pride ourselves on being a no pressure environment where health comes first. Our reputation for being a leader in communication and helping people in our community is everything to us.
We also find success rates are much higher when you bring a friend or family member to your appointment.
